Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Cherry Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water
Adjust to taste.
Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

STARRY NIGHT
60ml Cognac
45ml The Curious Cabinet Cherry Shrub Syrup
30ml ounces red vermouth
2.5ml Pernod
3 dashes chocolate bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and then strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a Curious Cabinet Chocolate Cherry.
Serve.
